Usually, yes. A first deep clean resets the home, so every visit after it keeps things there. Lacy will tell you honestly if your home does not need one.
Can I change how often you come?
Yes. You can move between weekly, biweekly and monthly visits. Call Lacy and we will adjust the schedule.
Will I have the same cleaners?
Yes. The same crew comes every visit, and you will know their names. If someone is ever out, we tell you before the visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients are at work or away while we clean. Our cleaners are background-checked employees, never contractors.
What if something is missed?
Call within 24 hours and we will come back and put it right. That is our 24-hour guarantee.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Our team arrives with the supplies and equipment for your home. If you prefer a product on a surface such as natural stone, tell us and we will use it.
