How do I get a quote?
Fill in the form or call (435) 310-5040. Lacy replies the same business day.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients are at work or away while we clean. Our cleaners are background-checked employees, never contractors.
How often should I book?
Most households book every one, two or four weeks. Weekly or every two weeks suits most busy homes, and monthly suits quiet homes and second homes. Ask Lacy when you book which schedule fits yours.
Which areas do you serve?
Santa Clara, Ivins, St. George, Washington, Hurricane and nearby communities such as Kayenta, Entrada at Snow Canyon, Stone Cliff and Black Desert Resort. See every area we serve.
Can I skip or move a visit?
Yes. Call Lacy ahead of time and we will move the visit to another day or skip it.
Your team
Will it be the same team each time?
Yes. The same crew comes to your home every visit, and you will know their names. If a cleaner is ever out, we tell you before the visit.
Are your employees background-checked?
Yes. Every crew member is a background-checked employee, never a contractor.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Elegant House Cleaning is licensed and insured in Utah.
Second homes and rentals
Can you look after our home while we are out of town?
Yes. We clean before you leave, visit on a set schedule while you are away, and get the home ready before you return. See second-home caretaking.
How often should a second home be cleaned?
Most owners book a close-up clean, a visit every two to four weeks while they are away, and an open-up clean before they return. Dust settles in an empty home too, so regular visits keep it ready.
Can you do same-day turnovers?
Yes, we plan turnovers between checkout and the next check-in. Ask Lacy when you book how much notice your calendar needs. See vacation rental turnovers.
Do you wash the linens?
We make beds with fresh linens for each guest. Ask Lacy when you book how laundry will work for your rental.
Products and safety
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring everything we need, and use your products if you prefer.
Do you use bleach?
Bleach only in tubs, showers and major stains, and none at all if you ask.
Are your products safe for pets and kids?
We choose products that are safe around the people and animals who live there. Tell us about your pets and kids when you book, and we will plan the visit around them.
Is it safe for natural stone?
Tell us if your surfaces are natural stone, such as travertine or marble. We use gentler methods on stone, and we will use a product you prefer if you have one.
Can you remove hard water spots from shower glass?
Usually, yes. Fresh spots and light film come off with careful hand work. Glass etched by years of minerals can be improved but not always made perfect, and we tell you before we start.
