Nine Promises You Can Hold Us To
Every promise here is one you can check. If we break one, call Lacy.
Our nine promises
1
Licensed and insured.
Elegant House Cleaning is licensed and insured in Utah.
2
The same crew, every visit.
You will know their names. If someone is out sick or on vacation we tell you before we arrive, and your crew lead does not change.
3
Background-checked employees, not contractors.
Everyone who cleans your home works for us and has passed a background check.
4
Bleach only where it belongs.
Bleach only in tubs, showers and major stains, and none at all if you ask. Your house should smell like nothing.
5
Safe for pets. Safe for kids.
We choose products that are safe around the people and animals who live there.
6
A named owner you can reach.
Lacy Price owns the company. Call (435) 310-5040 and you reach the person responsible.
7

9
