Restaurant cleaning questions
Do you clean the kitchen?
No. We clean front of house only: dining room, restrooms, entry, glass and floors. Hoods, ducts and kitchen equipment are not included.
Can you clean after we close?
Yes. Most restaurants are cleaned after close so the dining room is ready for the next service. Ask Lacy which nights are open.
How do you get in late at night?
Access is set up before the first visit. Ask Lacy how keys and alarm codes are handled.
Do you restock restroom supplies?
We check supplies every visit. Ask Lacy whether we restock from your stock or your staff handles it.
Do you clean under booths and tables?
Yes. Floors under tables and along booths are on the checklist, along with chair legs and baseboards.
Is there a minimum number of nights?
It depends on the space and the scope. Ask Lacy at the walkthrough what schedule fits your restaurant.
